ok i bought an echo 1 stag m15 (really an m16) and the first thing i noticed when i handled the weapon was that the barrel was a little wobbly....it wasn't a great problem but recently it occurred to me that i should ask if anyone else has had the problem and finds an easy and effective fix....i just don't like the idea of the barrel wobbling in the event i take a spill with the gun or hit the muzzle on something during movement

Barrel wobble is actuly very normal in most M16 airsoft guns...you could proably find a one piece barrel to replace it but to be honest the barrel wobble won't harm the gun any...but it is annoying.

one piece barrel, and/or a new style front "fore grip" will help... something that ties the barrel into the reciever body... that is common, and annoying like koyote said...

A TBB will not effect any externals. Just your accuracy and range. Even though you said you found a way, here are some. 1) Get a gasblock. Replaces the front sight. 2) Get a scope mount/ raiser. 3) To fix the barrel wobble, if you have a RIS, you can get this: www.airsoftpost.com/product_info.php?products_id=25580 4) Get a one piece metal outer barrel; like Kyle suggested.

my old Tokyo Marui M4 had terrible wobble. then I later added an M203 to it to further worsen the wobble.
Here is another "potential" solution. You could get a Metal reciever for your aeg and this May eliminate the wobble depending on the fit. I say may because I don't believe this is a surefire solution....i just know it worked somehow with MY old M4

ok so these one piece barrels u guys talk about...do they come with the entire upper receiver and place to insert hop up and innter barrel or does it just screw into the existing upper receiver?....i've bought a tactical sling to carry the weapon while using a smaller cqb p90 and the sling causing stress concerns me more than when it just wobbled in my hands
