ok we all know that by law you have to have the orange tip on any airsoft gun.....but i've seen people with theirs painted over or cover it with tape. Was thinking of doing this with my M4 because it has a large orange tip and want it to look more realistic and not a big giveaway while playing... any ideas or suggestions that are easy or cheap you guys can suggest?

Just use black electrical tape you can always take it off for the ride home.

Well, that law applies more to people who sell them for a living like PB sports or airsoftgi. If you paint it black you'll be ok aslong as you don't go to town waving it around.
