Jag Precision has issued a call back of all Echo 1 and VFC SCAR models. Retailers were asked today to stop selling Echo1 ASC models (JP-29, JP-50, JP-44, and JP-45) Vega Force MK16 and MK17.
Quoting from a letter to retailers.
Quote: "The lawsuit that has been filed names specifically the Echo1 ASC models (JP-29, JP-50, JP-44, and JP-45) Vega Force MK16 and MK17. We are requesting that if you have any inventory new in the box, purchased from JAG Precision, that you seize all sales on these items and return them to us."
This coincides with the closing of their booth at shot show this year and the call back of Classic Army SCAR stock earlier this year by Spartan Imports.
Cybergun has the rights to the FN Herstal name and likeness, and currently the only SCAR is the L version manufactured by G&G. So, expect the Echo 1 and VFC models to disappear from shelves. If you are looking for one, I'd do it now because who knows if they will ever come to an agreement with FN. The days of options are coming to an end.
The Lord advances like a warrior; He stirs up His zeal like a soldier. He shouts, He roars aloud, He prevails over His enemies.
