I've been reading about this mod and am going to experiment with it. To do the mod you turn your bucking inside out and shave off the 2 parts that stick out on the inside. You then turn the bucking inside out again so it's back to normal. Then the bucking is positioned on the barrel with a smooth sides that wasn't shaved off. Then you can fabricate your own nub or buy one. Best combination from what I've read is a 6.03 Prometheus barrel, KWA or Systema bucking, and a Firefly Buffer Rubber. So im going to be buying those parts and trying it myself. Reports have said that range can be increased to 250+ ft.

They are basically the same. But the flat hop mod is easier to do.

I have done the R-Hop and the results were freaking awesome. Flat hop being easier does not necessarily mean better
