Hello all...New to the game from the Wawasee/Syracuse area. I'm a Navy vet who would love to get out to your field and get in on the action. I see you have a big game planned in April, unfortunately I am bound to other commitments that day. From reading the forum it appears that you have games on Sundays at 1300. Is that still happening currently? Thanks for any reply to the matter in advance!

Welcome to the forums Shellback. Good news and bad news. Good News, and kinda bad news. We may be pushing back the big game in April and you may be able to attend because of it. We would love to have you. Bad News While we do our best to have games every weekend at 1300 on sundays, the weather has kept us away, from being able to do this. We are having a build cleanup day this sunday at 1 I beleive. We do try to make it to other local places like the PLEX on wednesday night, and we do have some that go all the way up to Kalamazoo as well.
Please be sure to have a signed waiver with un when you come up to play the first time. Also be sure to check the rules of how to handle yourself on the feild. Goggles, fps limits, engagement ranges, etc. We are also on facebook and twitter as Butler Indiana Airsoft.
Let us know if you have any questions. Welcome.

Thanks for the info & quick response! I will be keeping an eye open for any possible changes to the event schedule then. I have read the rules and have the required gear. Is it usually a sure shot on Sundays if the weather is all good then? I dont live too far, so taking a trip for the day would mean a short drive down US 6 for me. Once again, thanks!

No problemo I have no life and lurk here most of the time while doing school work and just chillin on the couch. If a member of the command staff can make it we have a game every sunday if weather isnt an issue. We will post normally a week ahead of time and have a sign up to see who all is going to be there.

I spent many a day sailing around the ocean in the USN and have crossed the equator a time or two, or three, and thought it would be a unique name. Once you cross the equator you are consider a shellback in the Navy. A dirty Wog prior to.
