Came today from Pyramid Airsoft out of Bedford Ohio... One day shipping !!!. I purchased the package for 165.00
Came with gun and leapers scope.
Packaged very nice.
Assembly. Weapon came in 2 parts. Not counting the scope, bi-pod and or 3 rail attachment.
VERY easy to install just seat the ALL metal barrel into the receiver and screw in.... Screws do not come out of stock so you do not have to worry about loosing them.
One installed remember to start with the rear screw first... Using the largest wrench ( Provided with gun ).
Next we move onto the scope. The Leapers scope also comes with a " Sniper Shadow housing " to keep the sun out of the front of the scope. .. This was probably the hardest to get in.
Initial thoughts and observations.
This gun SHOOTS HARD !! I am guessing at or around 460-470 with .20 gram BB's... Good and bad in that. Today is windy and after about 60-70 feet the BB wanted to curve left or right missing my target but not by much. !!!
As you will below it punches a hole in the bottom of the can at about 1-2 ft... I will using the .25 or .28 gram BB's for better accuracy.
Magazines... The gun came with 2. They are easy to load and carry 28 rounds. The gun is VERY sturdy and somewhat heavy. Not something I would want to carry around all day like most AEG's.
Josh was willing ( God bless his heart ) to take one for the team. He paced out to about 75-100 ft mark and I landed one on his hip. As I am writing this he is sitting here and advised that " It hurt ".
All the all the gun seems to be a very good purchase and I waiting to see when I can use it and if it will be worth the money.
Also I will update this after putting a couple thousand rounds through it.
